Our stay at Fleur De Lis was nothing short of amazing! The vintage luxury ambiance made us feel pampered without being ostentatious. The Royal Suite had a stunning design and excellent amenities, plus we appreciated the prime location that allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily. On the downside, the walk to Bourbon Street took longer than expected, and we wished for more dining options on-site. Overall, it was worth every penny and a trip we'll remember fondly.

I had a bittersweet experience at this hotel. The location was decent, not too far from downtown, but the room I stayed in was quite a letdown compared to the pictures. The self-check-in process felt impersonal, and overall it lacked the warm touch I hoped for. While the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, the room's cleanliness and comfort left much to be desired.

The Hollywood room, which had disco lights and mirrors, turned out to be much smaller than expected. It was also windowless and smelled of smoke.

Our experience at this boutique hotel started on a high note but revealed some inconsistencies as the days went on. The Royal Suite was absolutely breathtaking, boasting vintage luxury with modern amenities. While the location had its charm, it did require a decent walk to get to the main attractions. The backyard amenities could use some cleaning up, and if you're in a large group, the cooking facilities may not meet your needs. Overall, it offers unique accommodations, but there are clearer options out there for larger groups.

Service

The service was mostly self-sufficient with self-check-in options, which gave it a slightly cold feel, but I appreciated the flexibility it allowed.

The location was quite unique but required a significant walk to reach the main attractions, which may not be ideal for everyone.

The outdoor facilities had potential, including a hot tub, but were not well-maintained, making it less enjoyable to use.

My stay at Fleur de Lis Mansion was a wonderful experience! The mansion feels like a perfect mix of vintage luxury and modern comfort. The location is fantastic, a short walk from the French Quarter and other attractions. However, if you're expecting a bustling atmosphere or frequent interactions with staff, that may not be for you since it felt very private and self-service at times. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay in New Orleans.
